Who can hold an account
Adults of 18 or over, one account per person, household, email address, phone number and IP address. Your details must match your documents, and duplicate accounts are closed with any bonus removed.
How bonuses work
A qualifying deposit is £20 or more, and each stage is activated in My Bonus before any bet with that deposit. Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify for the welcome package. Package wagering is 20x the deposit plus bonus, free-spin winnings 40x, within 10 days. The highest bet while a bonus is active is £100. A bonus releases at most 10x its amount. Only one bonus runs at a time, and a withdrawal request voids an active bonus.
How games count
Slots, scratch cards and keno count 100%. Crazy Time, Dream Catcher and Monopoly count 50%, video poker, some instant games and live games 10%, and standard table and card games 0%.
Withdrawals
Requests are reviewed within up to 3 business days, with at most 3 pending at once. Deposits must be turned over 1x before withdrawal, or a 10% fee applies. Money returns by the route it came in, after verification.
